  • Items must be returned within 20 days of delivery, with original tags attached, and in unworn, unwashed condition.
  • Items that are stained, damaged, or missing original tags will not be accepted.
  • Accessories are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.

At Fourth Button, we specialize in creating sustainable, handmade clothing for women, children, and those who love elegant wear. Each piece is carefully crafted, and because we value individuality, you may notice variations in color, embroidery, lace design, texture or sometimes fabric as well, due to the availability or the beauty of our hand made products !


2. Orders


We love making clothing that’s just right for you. If you’re ordering a custom or tailored piece:

* Please share your exact measurements and preferences when placing your order.
* Full payment is required before we begin crafting your personalized piece.
* Since every piece at Fourth Button are made specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items.
We’ll do our best to ensure your piece is perfect, and if you have any questions or concerns during the process, we’re here to help!


3. Payment


Placing an order with us is simple:

* You can order through our website, Instagram or during exhibitions and events.
* We offer convenient payment options at checkout.
* When you place an order and select bank transfer as your payment method, your order will be processed only after the payment has been received. The date and time of the payment will be considered as the official confirmation of your order, after which we will proceed accordingly.
*As an international brand, we are committed to providing our customers with secure and reliable payment options. Please note that, depending on your bank or payment provider, you may see additional international transaction charges reflected in your bank statement beyond the amount shown at checkout.
Kindly be advised that these charges are applied by your financial institution, and Fourth Button is not responsible for them.
* Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. If you don’t receive it, let us know so we can assist you.

Typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the shipping date.
* International Orders:
Delivery times vary based on destination and can take 7-10 business days or longer, depending on customs clearance procedures.

* For international orders, additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply, depending on the country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
* If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you of any delays.

* We try our best to choose the right and best delivery service for you guys.
That's why we will not be responsible for any delays and damage that the delivery company may cause to your order.
Even if the delivery has been lost by the courier company, both domestic (Pakistan) or international, Fourth Button will not be responsible for any loss that it may cause.
We will try to cooperate with you fully until the issue is resolved, but at the end, Fourth Button will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or anything.

Our products are made with premium materials like wool, linen , cotton and other delicate fabrics. To help them last, please follow the care instructions included with your item. If you have any questions about how to care for your piece, we’re happy to guide you.


6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds


We want you to love your purchase, so here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

* Every pieces are made just for you, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items.
* For non-custom products, you can exchange them within 7 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused and in their original packaging.
* If you believe there’s a defect with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

We love meeting our customers in person! At exhibitions, you can see our collection, place orders, or even purchase items on the spot. Orders placed through Instagram or during exhibitions follow the same policies as online orders.

All the designs, images, and content you see on our website belong to Fourth Button. We work hard to create these unique pieces, so we kindly ask that you don’t copy or use them without our permission.
